All Sales Final & Return Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, all earring sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
- Hygiene & Safety: To ensure the health of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on earrings, whether used or unused.
- Custom Orders: Personalized items and custom requests are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
- Damaged or Defective Items: We stand by the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or store credit after review.
